Dues & Assessments	The monthly assessment is $310 per home, due the 1st. Payments are accepted by mail or through the management office.
Enforcement Policy (summary)	Courtesy notice, then hearing, then fine schedule. The full policy is included in the annual disclosure mailing.

Title & Recorded Documents

Note for owners and escrow: The Declaration incorporates an easement of record (Bk A, Pg 1) predating the subdivision map. Owners of affected lots should consult title.
