1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:30 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the November 14, 2023 meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Operating expenses are tracking to budget. The reserve account received its scheduled contribution.
4. 4. Pool pre-season inspection. The pool vendor will complete the pre-season inspection in April ahead of the Memorial Day opening.
5. 5. Homeowner forum. One owner raised overnight street parking near the mailbox cluster. Referred to the Enforcement Policy review.
6. 6. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:48 PM.
