1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:31 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the February 13, 2024 meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Accounts reconciled. Pool utilities ran over budget for June and July; the variance is seasonal.
4. 4. Architectural review. Application for a rear landscape plan at 1741 Evening Star Dr: approved as submitted.
5. 5. Gopher abatement. The landscape contractor presented an abatement proposal for the common-area slopes. Approved for the fall service window.
6. 6. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM.
