1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:30 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the August 13, 2024 meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Accounts reconciled. The draft 2025 budget holds the assessment at $310 per month.
4. 4. Architectural review. Application for an attached patio cover at 1731 Evening Star Dr: approved as submitted.
5. 5. Reserve study. The Board directed management to solicit proposals for the community's first reserve study.
6. 6. Holiday lights judging. The Events Committee will judge holiday lights the second week of December. Ribbons, no cash prizes.
7. 7. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:02 PM.
