1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:33 PM. A quorum was established. Director Ostrander was absent with notice.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the November 12, 2024 meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Accounts reconciled. Winter storm cleanup came in under the landscape contingency.
4. 4. Architectural review. Application for roof-mounted solar with battery storage at 2711 Sweetwater Wy: approved as submitted.
5. 5. Pool resurfacing. One quote received for pool resurfacing; management will obtain two more before the Board acts.
6. 6. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:41 PM.
