1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:30 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the April 14, 2025 special meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Accounts reconciled. Pool chemical costs remain elevated industry-wide.
4. 4. National Night Out. The Events Committee reported strong turnout for the National Night Out potluck. The fire district has been sent a letter of thanks.
5. 5. Tot lot mulch. Engineered wood fiber will be topped off in September per the safety audit.
6. 6. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:36 PM.
