1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:32 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the August 12, 2025 meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Operating account reconciled. Accounts in arrears: 0. Accounts exempt: 1. The 2026 budget holds the assessment at $310 per month.
4. 4. Streetlight report. Vendor inspection of the Evening Star Drive streetlight found no fault. The item is closed pending further reports.
5. 5. Holiday schedule. The management office will be closed the last week of December. Emergency contacts are posted on the Contact page.
6. 6. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:58 PM.
